Moving to a sustainable future: Small and medium sized business customer forum

Small and medium business owners in Jemena's network are encouraged to attend the forum to help contribute to shaping the future of Jemena’s electricity network as part of the Jemena Electricity Network Price Reset for 2026-31.

The Small and medium business forums will seek your input on:

• network reliability and the effect on pricing for increased or decreased reliability
• pricing and tariff structures and how we charge for electricity distribution
• sustainability and preparing for a low-carbon future
• digital solutions that make engaging with us on everyday transactions easier.

We will give you $200 to thank you for your attendance, time and effort. Your views and needs as customers are valuable to shaping our plans. We want to ensure the voices of small and medium businesses are heard.

Eligibility

• Small and medium businesses who are located or operate in Jemena's electricity network are eligible.
• Limited spots available, small and medium businesses that register and attend a session will receive $200 in their nominated bank account within 10 days of the session.
• Small businesses are classified by having 5-9 employees and a medium business with 20-199 employees.
• If you have 200+ employees you can sign up to receive updates at our large commercial customer page.

Registration includes automatic access to the Information session on Thursday 9 May 9:30am – 10:30am (online) AND business owners will have an opportunity to register for one forum session listed below.
