Moving to a sustainable future: Retailer customer forum May 2024

Jemena is inviting retailers to participate in the Moving to a sustainable future: Retailer forum on 22 May 2024.

Retailers are encouraged to attend the forum to help contribute to shaping the future of Jemena’s electricity network as part of the Jemena Electricity Network Price Reset for 2026-31.

The forum is an in-person event on Wednesday 22 May that will explore the challenges and priorities of retailers including:

customers experiencing vulnerability
customer education and enhancing energy literacy
tariff structures and how we charge
future network opportunities (such as EV charging, batteries and emerging technologies)
hearing from diverse Jemena customers and their energy priorities.

Join General Manager, Customer and Commercial Sandra Centofanti and Jemena colleagues as the forum aims to gain your feedback, insights and preferences on the future of our network.
