Electricity retailers sell electricity to household and business customers and are responsible for billing, customer service and helping arrange network services. They are the leading touch point to electricity customers.
We want to hear from retailers on their needs and preferences for the Regulatory Price Reset for 2026-31.
It is vital that the views of retailers shape our Regulatory Price Reset for 2026-31 and that retailers have an opportunity to:
