Customer Voice Groups

To fully represent the needs and preferences of our residential customers in our Regulatory Proposal, we need to have a deep understanding of the diverse spectrum views, energy preferences and the challenges they may face.

We have established dedicated Customer Voice Groups to capture a diverse spectrum of customer views that otherwise, without specialist engagement, their voices would not be captured in our Regulatory Proposal.

The groups will give an opportunity for:

  • customers with lived experience to provide their views
  • our proposal to capture a diverse customer views, preferences and perspectives on energy
  • us to build trust and relationships that go beyond the regulatory engagement period.
