We are the sole distributer of electricity in north-west greater Melbourne, servicing more than 370,000 households.

If you live in Melbourne’s north and western suburbs – such as Coburg, Broadmeadows, West Footscray, Ascot Vale, Yarraville, Williamstown, and Avondale Heights – the electricity you use will have travelled to your home across the Jemena Electricity Network.

Understanding our residential customers' needs

We are want to capture the views of residential customers for our Regulatory Proposal for 2026-31 so they have an opportunity to:

  • be involved in engagement activities
  • shape our five-year regulatory price reset proposal
  • provide feedback and input on their energy priorities, preferences and challenges
  • shape the future of our electricity network.

Through our engagement we will cover topics such as:

  • pricing, billing and understanding energy
  • fairness and equity
  • reliability and quality of supply
  • future energy network.
