The Energy Reference Group provided expert advice to Jemena on key issues relating to the 2026-31 regulatory period and represent the long-term interests of our customers.

Reference group members provided independent and constructive feedback based on their expertise and insight during the development of the 2026-31 Regulatory Proposal.

Jemena engaged customers directly on key issues and trade-offs arising during the 2026-31 Regulatory Reset through the People's Panel and Customer Voice Groups.
