Joint Victorian engagement

We are working with Victorian electricity distribution network providers AusNet, CitiPower, PowerCor and United Energy to jointly engage stakeholders on select energy topics.

The engagement sessions will help inform the development of state-wide recommendations in 2026-31 Price Reset regulatory proposals to provide tailored and impactful support to Victorian electricity customers.

Joint engagement is occuring across select topics such as:

  • Framework and approach
  • Customer vulnerability
  • Resilience
  • Tariff structure statements.

  • Framework and Approach

    We held two online sessions on the topic of Framework and Approach with energy stakeholders and customer advocates accross Victoria.

  • Tariffs

    We held three tariff workshops to seek the feedback on proposed statewide tariffs and understand the preferences of customers, stakeholders and energy retailers.

    We held two reslience forums to understand the collective challenges of Victorian electricity distirbution businesses and the needs of custoemers.
